ABOUT THE COURT

Tbilisi Court of Appeals was established on 1 November 2005. It is the court of second instance in the Georgian court system.

The jurisdiction of the Tbilisi Court of Appeals covers Eastern Georgia. It hears appeals against judgments delivered by courts of first instance.
