GIZ in terms of education purpose already forth year promotes program: “Winter Academy for Legal Transformation” the aim of program is raise lawyers professionalism and qualification.

This year winners of the program become court officials of Tbilisi Court of Appeal: Eka MaCharashvili and Tornike Kapanadze.

Mrs. Machareshvili admits: “participation in this project is very important for improving professional skills, as I have been told classes will be lead by professionals that gives guarantee that project will be successful.”

According to second winner Tornike Kapanadze in this year unusually huge amount of people applied on this scholarship which proves that interest toward this program among lowers is big.
