The Chairman's adviser Kahka Koberidze had lecture at Tbilisi Court of appeals. The topic of the lecture was obligatory defence.

Mr. Koberidze highlighted several important topic from Georgian criminal law concerning to obligatory defence, he also had historical excursus about criminal law during the soviet union.
