President of Dresden Appellation Court Ulrich Hagenloch had public lecture at Tbilisi Court of Appeals. The topic of lecture was "Independent of Judges in Germany". During the lecture he highlight topics such as: appointment of judges, freedom of decision making, the ethic code for judges and so on.

lecture had been attended by members of Polish and German delegations which currently are visiting Tbilisi Court of appeals.

The head of Tbilisi court of Appeals Valeri Tsertsvadze admitted that such educational lectures should take place more often.
